Project 61

Helping truck drivers exercise consistently while on the road so they stay behind the wheel longer and retire on their own terms.

About Project 61

The Trucker’s Network is proud to partner with Project 61 to help truck drivers stay active and prioritize their health while on the road. Project 61 is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the health and life expectancy of CDL drivers by raising awareness and providing practical tools, education, and resources designed specifically for life on the road. Mark Manera, a physical therapist who worked closely with truck drivers, was inspired to create solutions after seeing the long-term physical effects the trucking lifestyle can have on drivers. Through programs, community support, and simple in-cab exercise and wellness strategies, Project 61 is working to help drivers build healthier habits and live longer, healthier lives.

Why Choose Project 61?

Taking back control of your health as a truck driver is not easy, but Project 61 was founded and designed with the trucker’s lifestyle in mind. You simply need just 20-30 mins during the day to complete your workouts. The best part is that the workouts are done on your own time and can be done both in or outside your truck. With multiple programs, all drivers will find one that works best for them physically, as well as based on their location.
